Every version of the Balt contractual documents, with its effective date and the nature of the changes made.
Material changes are notified in advance under Section 16 of the General Terms. To obtain the full text of an earlier version, in particular the one you accepted when you subscribed, write to legal@cobalt-ia.com specifying the document and the version number.
A prohibited use is added to Section 1: hiding or contradicting the statement by which Balt identifies itself as an artificial intelligence system, or presenting a Result as coming from a natural person.
Section 4 states Provider’s position on Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: a preparatory task within the meaning of Article 6(3), high-risk provider obligations applying from 2 December 2027, the duty to inform the people who talk to Balt under Article 50, applicable since 2 August 2026, and AI literacy under Article 4, applicable since 2 February 2025.
Rose is added to the subprocessor list: the greeting widget on the public website receives the visitor’s navigation, what they write into it and their IP address. It is not loaded in the console.
